![]() The appointment with Amy the holistic nutritionist was the best $25 I spent, I got so many answers and great recommendations from her, and Sean's Body Language & Communication workshop was great - I look forward to reading more into those topics. Annie's fun classes complimented the more challenging meditation sessions well. I enjoyed Joel's Dharma talks and Sean's talks on meditation, and I LOVED Annie the acupuncturist's classes on self-acceptance, music meditation and FUN (not to mention Annie herself - such a lovely and inspirational person, and her acupuncture/cupping sessions were sooo relaxing!). The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, the accommodation perfect for me (love the natural buildings and outdoor showers!) and the classes informative and enjoyable. ![]() So, I'll just have to go back! I had so many beautiful experiences there, meeting all the amazing people, experiencing nature and rural Cambodian life, eating fantastic vegan food (including coconut ice cream, cake and other tasty treats), learning about myself and developing a solid personal meditation (and yoga too, a bonus!) practice. I spent one month there and could definitely have stayed longer. My time at Hariharalaya would have to be placed near the top of my list of amazing experiences while travelling around Asia (and I've been travelling for almost two years!).
